Chef Cukman, who trained with world-class culinary school Le Cordon Bleu London, takes this scattering of ingredients and gently blends and concentrates with classic French flair and technique. Local produce is a must: fish and lobster come straight from the fisherman to your plate, and farmers supply fresh organic ingredients.
