Steph on swing Mauritius

Steph’s Bests:

  • Best Resort: My favourite resort was Long Beach. I loved the beautiful stretch of beach, the large rooms, and the amazing selection of restaurants. Every Saturday night, they host one of their ‘Come Alive’ activities called ‘Transforming the Piazza.’ The square, where most of the restaurants are located, really came to life with market stalls and live music. It was a fantastic evening.
  • Best Restaurant: Buddha Bar at Sugar Beach has a gorgeous setting right by the beach and sea. They serve the most amazing sushi.
  • Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit Mauritius is between October and December because the weather is warm and pleasant, with lower humidity and minimal rainfall. The sea conditions are ideal for water activities, and there are fewer crowds compared to the peak holiday season
