These suites with one or two bedrooms enjoy views of the pretty gardens, and have 60 or 105 square meters of space respectively. The suites are composed of a foyer, living room with a 42" TV, one or two bedrooms with private bathrooms, toilet and a very pleasant terrace.
Lagoon Side Premium Sea View
These large, recently refurbished rooms, span over 50 square meters and offer views over the ocean, Ria Formosa Estuary or the lush gardens. For your comfort the rooms have a furnished terrace and a seating area with a sofa. The marble bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower in some rooms.The room also include Wireless internet connection, telephone, mini bar, 32" LCD TV and safe.

Brisa do Mar
The Brisa do Mar Restaurant affords diners magnificent views over the Formosa Estuary and the beach, which can be enjoyed either in indoor comfort or from the splendid open-air terrace. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features traditional Portuguese specialities and international dishes, carefully prepared by Chef Gerhard Pölzl. The daily selection of fresh fish dishes includes specialities such as “Fresh Fish in a Salt Crust”, “Rice with Seafood” and the famous “Algarvean Cataplana”. Pride of place on the dessert menu goes to the “Apple Crumble and Strudel” or, for the more weight-conscious, the delicious “Low-calorie Chocolate and Raspberry Tart”. Live Music during dinner service at Restaurant Brisa do Mar - except on Wednesdays.
Cá d' Oro
Serving fine Italian cuisine in elegant surroundings, is open for dinner only. In winter, diners may savour the marvellous delicacies in a romantic atmosphere by the light of the fire, whilst summertime meals are best enjoyed in moonlight on the open-air terrace. Favourite dishes on the menu include the delicious risottos and the “Traditional Taglierini Verde Cá d´oro”, one of the house specialities, which continues to delight diners season after season. Cá d’Oro’s offers dishes such as “Fillet of Gilt-head Bream with Tiger Prawns” and “Suckling Veal Chops with Grilled Vegetables”. The dessert menu naturally features the famous “Tiramisu” and the delicious “Crème Brûlée”, whilst the “Pear Ravioli Stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Raisins”, is sure to surprise those who are tempted to try a more original dessert.The hotel’s wine list is particularly noteworthy for the variety of wines featured and the frequent new additions, meaning that diners who enjoy wine with their meal can always find something new and surprising.
