It’s been 50 years since the Liverpool foursome came together, and to celebrate such a landmark there will be numerous events in the northern city and beyond – even in the Middle East.
Beatles fans in the UAE and visitors from all over the globe will have the opportunity to see the award-winning Beatles Story exhibition at Dubai’s branch of Harvey Nichols.
This visual experience to take place in May, consists on a sophisticated window display, video and sound installations and, most importantly, a rare collection of photographs taken by Paul Berriff during 1963-64 – just before the group went massive.
Visitors to the famous department store will have the chance to purchase unique Beatles memorabilia and prints. Moreover, the can enjoy the music of their favourite band played live by tribute act The Mersey Beatles.
Fans who want to have a picture taken besides a shinny version of their idols will also have original Madame Tussauds waxworks featuring George, Paul, John and Ringo.
